That is fantastic! I dont see any kind of crank, so how much 'oomph!' is needed to draw the bows? I like aircraft cable it looks really slick :) The slight aging in the metal just adds to the overall effect. Sheesh look at me ramble... in short love it tip to tail.

no crank needed, the limbs are 80lbs draw so the foot stirrup is all that is needed! thanks for the good feedback!

havent really measured the range! the limbs are 80lbs, so it is accurate to about 10-15 mtrs, so not far, but then again it is designed as a short range weapon!

hehe, if i was a qualified tradesman then maybe! but all i have learnt has been self taught! so i doubt many places would recognise any journeymen i turned out! and i still feel i am that stage anyhoo! cheers!

places might not recognise them, but anyone who saw your work would know you were doing something right, this stuff is incredible, i don't know if you realise how many guys are out there dreaming of doing things like this, but lacking any idea of where or how to start.
